Hayward, CA January 22, 2010 - Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company, proudly announces new promotions throughout the company.
Robert Rosenberg, CCAM, formerly President of Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. has been named Chief Executive Officer. This new position will allow Mr. Rosenberg to focus on the vision and goals for the company to ensure that Massingham & Associates continues to move ahead in the ever-changing landscape of community management. Mr. Rosenberg has been with Massingham & Associates for over sixteen years. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg holds the office of Regional Vice President for Associa and in that role oversees the California, Hawaii and Nevada member companies.
Massingham & Associates is proud to promote Ms. Lisa Esposito, CCAM, to the position of President from her former position as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Esposito has been with Massingham for six years and in her new position hopes to offer additional day-to-day support to the staff and clients in each of the six branch offices throughout California. “2010 is going to be our best year ever,” according to Ms. Esposito, who was exuberant in announcing the following additional staff promotions:
Mr. Larry J. Pothast is the newly appointed Executive Vice President for Massingham & Associates! Mr. Pothast has spent 30 years managing, training and teaching industry professionals in homeowners’ association operations and leadership.
Ms. Lisa Steinkuhler, Accountant, is the new Community Bookkeeping Supervisor for Massingham. Ms. Steinkuhler oversees the bookkeeping for all six branch offices throughout California.
Ms. Lisa C. Dial, CCAM, former Campbell Branch Manager, has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services in addition to taking on the role as Hayward Branch Manager. Ms. Dial has been with Massingham & Associates for only two years, but has had a huge impact on the company. As Ms. Dial moves on from Campbell, Mr. Isado Byrd, CCAM, has been promoted to the position of Campbell Branch Manager. Mr. Byrd has been a Community Manager with Massingham for four years.
Ms. Cindy Costello has accepted the role of Branch Manager for Massingham’s Signal Hill office. In addition to their continued roles as Community Managers, Ms. Sally Moon and Ms. Melissa Hajostek have been promoted to the position of Co-Assistant Branch Manager in the Concord office. Ms. Moon has been with Massingham & Associates for five years and Ms. Hajostek for three and a half years.
Two additional promotions are part of the exciting changes in 2010 for Massingham & Associates. Ms. Sherelle Turner has been promoted to Corporate Community Assistant Supervisor. Ms. Turner supervises and coordinates twenty-two Community Assistants throughout the six branch locations in addition to assisting three Community Managers. Ms. Turner has been with Massingham & Associates for three and a half years. Additionally, Ms. Carol Groshong, CCAM, has accepted the role of Associa University Coordinator for all of Massingham and Associates. This is a huge company-wide undertaking to ensure the quality and consistency of the continued education efforts for every employee. Ms. Groshong is managing this challenge in stride while continuing her outstanding work as Community Manager to her portfolio. Ms. Groshong has been with Massingham and Associates for three years.
Since 1985, Massingham & Associates has worked hand-in-hand with leading developers and builders of condominiums and lofts, mixed use properties, master planned communities, and gated communities. Massingham is a CACM Certified Management Firm, and currently has six branch offices, located in Citrus Heights, Campbell, Concord, Hayward and Signal Hill and Orange County (serving the greater Los Angeles area).
