Hayward, CA – Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., one of California’s largest community association management companies, has recently signed four new contracts for the management of:
- Bellevue Staten Homeowners Association
Bellevue Staten is a 36-unit condominium building located on the shore of Lake Merritt in Oakland. This fifteen-story building was added to the National Register of Historic places in 1991 and received a historic preservation award in 1999 from the Art Deco Society of California.
- Cityplace Lofts Homeowners Association
Cityplace Lofts is a 51-unit attached condominium association in Pomona.
- Lighthouse Cove Homeowners Association
Lighthouse Cove is a 46-unit Single Family Home association in Alameda.
- Shadow Lakes Homeowners Association
Shadow Lakes is a 780-unit Single Family Home association in Brentwood. This beautiful community contains a golf course and a number of city parks.
