Orange, CA December 3, 2009 - Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company, proudly announces new community management services clients; 838 Pine Community Association, Blue Sky Estates Homeowners Association, Tustin Place Homeowners Association and Westminster Plaza Homeowners Association.
The 838 Pine Community Association is comprised of 83 high-rise condominiums in vibrant downtown Long Beach. The community is ideally located near the bustling Pine Avenue shopping district which offers entertainment and restaurants, is walking distance to beach access and boasts panoramic Pacific Ocean views from the rooftop. The amenities at 838 Pine Community vary from a communal barbeque for entertaining to convenient access to public transportation to close proximity to the popular weekly farmers market!
Blue Sky Estates Homeowners Association, located in beautiful Hacienda Heights, is comprised of 22 single family homes that until now have been self-managed. Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. will provide services in a financial capacity for this association.
Tustin Place Homeowners Association was built in 1976 as a 184 unit planned unit development community. Located just outside of Santa Ana, the city of Tustin, often referred to as “The City of Trees,” provides a lovely setting for the homeowners to enjoy the amenities of their community. Tustin Place amenities include a community clubhouse, a tot lot and a swimming pool.
Westminster Plaza Homeowners Association is a small, quiet, 27 unit gated community located in the progressive city of Garden Grove, located just south of Los Angeles, California. Westminster Plaza Homeowners Association amenities include a lovely community area where you can relax by the pool or spa, barbeque with neighbors or play a game of tennis.
