Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. Obtains Four New Homeowners Association Management Accounts in Silicon Valley
Hayward, CA June 1, 2009 - Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company, recently expanded management operations to better serve the greater Orange County area. The office officially opened on May 1st with its first four accounts: the Heritage at Vista Del Verde Homeowners Association, The Water-Gardens Owners Association, Watermarke Community Association and Yorba Linda Knolls Country Townhomes Owners Association.
The Heritage at Vista Del Verde Homeowners Association is a Toll Brothers Developer Community of luxury townhomes located in Yorba Linda, CA. It will include 86 townhomes at build-out. The amenities include opulent common areas, a refreshing pool and barbecue area, the beautiful 18-hole championship Black Gold Golf Club, extensive walking, hiking, biking, and equestrian trail system that connects to both Chino Hills State Park and Carbon Canyon Regional Park, vista points throughout the community, and two neighborhood parks.

Lori Rogers, CCAM, is the on-site General Manager at Watermarke, and also functions as the Executive Director in charge of Massingham’s Southern California operations.
Yorba Linda Knolls Country Townhomes Owners Association is a community of 197 townhomes in Yorba Linda, CA. The amenities include a clubhouse with a full kitchen, two swimming pools and two spa pools.
