Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. sign Morgan Creek contract

Dallas, TX – Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., one of Northern California’s largest community management companies, has signed the Morgan Creek master planned community as a client. The Morgan Creek community is located in Roseville, California, near Sacramento.
Morgan Creek is a 546 acre master-planned community in South Placer County offering numerous community amenities and renowned builders, which create an exciting and inviting vision. The community boasts homes conceived in traditional, time-honored architecture surrounded by a Kyle Phillips-designed, 18-hole, championship golf course with plans for a country club, tennis courts and swimming facilities.
The future Family Recreation Center will host community and private social events. Amenities will include a full-size resort-style swimming pool, aerobics room, weight training equipment, well-appointed locker rooms, spa treatment room, family grill with pizza oven, and both gelato and coffee centers.
