Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. Obtains Four New Homeowners Association Management Accounts in Silicon Valley
Hayward, CA June 3, 2009 - Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company, recently started to manage four new accounts in the Greater San Jose Area from its Campbell branch office: the Mill Brook at River Oaks Homeowners Association, The Deforest Condominium Owners Association (at Santana Row), The Twenty Twenty-Five California Owners Association and the Villa Nova Homeowners Association.
The Mill Brook at River Oaks Homeowners Association is a beautiful townhome community in San Jose, CA. This 97-unit association offers a relaxing pool area and is located near a green belt and a walking trail. Its mature landscaping leads to a natural ambience. This community was built in 1991, and the townhomes feature two and three bedrooms with attached garages.
The Deforest Condominium Owners Association is a building of 98 luxury loft-style condominiums located in the middle of shops and fine dining at Santana Row in San Jose, CA. The amenities include secured underground parking, kitchens equipped with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry facilities. The Deforest Building was developed in 2002 by Federal Realty Investment.
The Twenty Twenty-Five California Owners Association is comprised of 48 condominiums in Mountain View, CA. Its amenities include a gated courtyard, pool, gated parking area, on-site laundry facilities and locked storage areas.
The Villa Nova Homeowners Association is a 63-unit condominium community in San Mateo, CA. Some features of this gated community include gated parking, a spa pool, a recreation room and an elevator.
