Hayward, CA July 29, 2009 – Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company, recently signed community association management contracts with Doyle Ranch Owners’ Association and The Paragon Homeowners Association.

Doyle Ranch Owners' Association is a community of 126 spacious single family homes in Roseville, CA. This family friendly community has a large scenic park and beautiful walking trails.

The Paragon Homeowners Association is a D.R. Horton developer community located in Milpitas, CA. This community will be comprised of 124 condominiums at build-out. It is located within strolling distance of shops, restaurants, The Great Mall and local public transit. The community amenities include a swimming pool and recreation center.
