Hayward, CA. January 14, 2009 – Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., one of California’s largest community association management companies, has signed contracts for management of the Harbor Pointe Homeowners Association and the Nazareth Place Owners Association. The Harbor Pointe Homeowners Association is a 47-unit Planned Unit Development located in the Bay Farm Island section of Alameda, CA. It is nestled among pine trees, and is close to the Alameda/San Francisco ferry and an estuary. The Nazareth Place Owners Association consists of 56 condominium conversions, and is located in San Mateo, CA. This 55+ community was completely refurbished in 2006 and has a large indoor recreation and meeting room. The developer of this community remains on the board of directors, and has a very active sense of duty and community.
Since 1985, Massingham & Associates has worked with homeowners associations, including condominiums, mixed use properties and master planned communities. Massingham also works closely with leading developers of new home communities.
