December 21, 2008 – Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., one of California’s largest community association management companies, has recently signed four new contracts for the management of the Bridgeport Condominiums Owners Association, the Arbor Court Homeowners Association, the Columbia Homeowners Association and the Sleepy Hollow Homeowners Association. Bridgeport Condominiums is a 266-unit condominium association located in Sacramento, CA. Arbor Court HOA consists of 239 single family homes, and is located in Fremont, CA. Columbia HOA is located in Alameda, CA, and contains 226 single family homes. The Sleepy Hollow HOA is made up of 245 single family homes, and is located in Shingle Springs, CA.
