Belvedere at Northgate Homeowners Association is a new community of elegant, luxury condominiums tucked in Vallejo Hills between San Francisco and Napa Valley. Gary L. Mandarich, President of Mandarich Development, was inspired by the beauty of Vienna, Austria and wanted to bring the elegance of Austria’s European architecture to this new community.
This gated community will include 336 condominiums situated in three-story buildings with eight condominiums per floor. Each building will feature its own center courtyard.
