Free Board Member Seminar in San Ramon on October 10, 2009 will Provide Valuable Information and Practical Processes for Community Association Board Members
Hayward, CA July 21, 2009 - Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company and one of California’s largest community management companies, will be hosting their FREE Annual Board Member Seminar on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at the San Ramon Marriott. This full-day industry seminar will include informative sessions on a variety of topics related to community associations and opportunities for board members to interact with over 40 different vendors. A continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
Massingham & Associates conducts free board member seminars throughout California several times a year to help educate and inform board members about the changing dynamics and governances of community association living. Previous seminars have covered well-timed topics on foreclosures, budgeting, fiduciary responsibility, association insurance, maintenance and long-term planning. Association’s today are facing greater delinquencies and foreclosures along with the resulting consequence of difficulty meeting the association’s own financial responsibilities. This seminar will cover challenges such as this along with other timely and informative topics.
